Thank.FYI is a hosted service that allows users to create, publish, and manage post-action pages, confirmations, and related content.
The Service may evolve over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, templates, plans, or functionality at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature, template, or plan will remain available indefinitely.
The Service depends on third-party services and infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate and current
3. Acceptable Use

License to Operate the Service

5. Platform Content, Templates, and Licensing
The Company owns all rights to:
- Templates, layouts, voices, style bundles, and structural components
- System text, UI copy, workflows, and schema
- Platform-provided assets, effects, and functionality
You may use templates and assets only within the Service and only as rendered output.
You may not:
- Extract, reuse, reproduce, or redistribute templates or structural components
- Represent platform templates or system text as your own proprietary material
- Use platform content to create competing products or derivative systems
- Train machine learning models on platform templates, structure, or assets
You are permitted to reuse your own authored text outside the Service.
6. Publishing and Hosting
Pages created through the Service are hosted and rendered by the Company.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Permanent hosting
- That pages will remain published indefinitely
- The permanence of page URLs, slugs, or identifiers
Pages may be unpublished, modified, or removed:
- At your request
- Upon account cancellation or termination
- For violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- To address legal, security, or operational concerns
7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to your selected plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues through that period.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
If you believe you were charged in error, selected the wrong plan, or made an accidental purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of the charge to request a correction or refund. Refunds in such cases are issued at our discretion.
Refunds are not provided for unused time, changes of mind after extended use, or dissatisfaction with features, availability, or future product direction.
Pricing Changes
We may change pricing, plans, or features. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect charges already processed.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
- Your use poses legal, security, or reputational risk
- Required to comply with law or third-party obligations
- You fail to pay applicable fees
Upon termination:
- Access to the Service ends
- Published pages may be unpublished
- Refunds are not provided

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

Pages created through the Service are informational in nature and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or official records.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
