Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: January 18, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of Thank.FYI (the “Service”). This policy applies to all users of the Service and to all content created, published, or transmitted through it.

Use of the Service is subject to this AUP and the applicable Terms of Service.

1. Purpose and General Principles

Thank.FYI exists to help people create clear, respectful post-action pages and confirmations. Use of the Service must be lawful, honest, and aligned with that purpose.

You may not use the Service in a way that:

  • Causes harm to others
  • Misleads recipients about the nature of a transaction, relationship, or action
  • Undermines trust, safety, or legitimacy in post-action communication
  • Exposes the Company, its users, or third parties to legal, security, or reputational risk

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Illegal or Harmful Use

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Facilitates, promotes, or conceals illegal activity
  • Contains threats, coercion, or credible harm toward others

b. Deceptive or Misleading Use

  • Impersonates another person, business, or organization
  • Misrepresents the sender, authority, or purpose of a page
  • Creates false confirmations, receipts, approvals, acknowledgments, or records
  • Is intended to make recipients believe an action occurred when it did not

c. Spam, Abuse, or Manipulation

  • Is used primarily for unsolicited, deceptive, or abusive messaging
  • Is designed to evade safeguards, filters, or abuse detection
  • Involves bulk, automated, or programmatic misuse of the Service outside permitted use

d. Infringing or Unauthorized Content

  • Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Uses logos, brand assets, or copyrighted material without authorization
  • Uploads or republishes content you do not have the right to use

e. Dehumanizing, Harassing, or Abusive Content

You may not use the Service to create, publish, or distribute content that denies, degrades, or attacks the humanity, dignity, or legitimacy of any person or group.

This includes content that:

  • Portrays individuals or groups as subhuman, expendable, or undeserving of rights, safety, or participation in society
  • Advocates for the exclusion, removal, erasure, or social denial of people
  • Promotes hostility, abuse, intimidation, or harassment
  • Encourages harm, threats, or coordinated targeting of others

These restrictions apply regardless of whether a particular group is legally defined as a “protected class” in any jurisdiction.

3. Platform Integrity and Technical Abuse

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, extract, or attempt to recreate templates, assets, schema, or system structure
  • Circumvent technical limitations, safeguards, or access controls
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the Service
  • Use automated tools or scripts to create, publish, or access pages except as expressly permitted

4. Use by Agencies and Service Providers

Agencies, consultants, and service providers may use the Service for client work only in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable licensing rules.

You may not:

  • Reuse, repurpose, or export templates outside the Service
  • Generate pages for clients and reproduce the underlying structure elsewhere
  • Represent platform templates, system text, or structure as your own proprietary material

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Company may monitor use of the Service to detect abuse, maintain security, ensure operational integrity, and enforce this AUP and the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Remove or unpublish content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Refuse service
  • Take any other action we deem appropriate to enforce this policy

Violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
